Abstract







Penularan COVID-19 boleh dimanifestasikan sebagai bumi sedang bere- hat daripada kerakusan manusia. Pandemik ini telah menyalin rutin ke- biasaan manusia kepada norma baharu. Perubahan ini nyata memberi imp- likasi mengejut kepada semua pihak: yang paling terkesan adalah institusi keluarga. Kajian ini bertujuan melihat pandangan netizen berkenaan pen- gendalian keluarga semasa pandemik COVID-19. Kajian ini menggunapakai kaedah analisis data berasaskan pendekatan kajian netnografi. Dapatan kajian mencadangkan bahawa perubahan norma baharu merupakan cabaran besar dalam menyeimbangkan antara urusan pejabat, keluarga dan kerja rumah.
